Words from Therese:
Thirty years of exploring how the human animal experiences loss has left me with the deepest sense of appreciation for our resilience. As a grief counselor, therapist and client myself I have been witness to incredible suffering and untold moments of awe and grace and beauty in the face of it.
I would like us to take this time to consider how loss and grief crack us open to growth, perhaps exploring how we can support that opportunity.
I would like to invite you to bring as a sharing with others a poem, or song stanza, or your own words – something you would like to say to others at your own funeral/memorial/celebration of life.
