Hiyashi Chu-ka means 'chilled Chinese' and it is a very popular Japanese dish in the summer.  Chilled Chinese egg noodles topped w/ colorful vegetables, eggs strip and a variety of meats, dressed w/ soy sauce and Creative Koji miso dressing –  super refreshing & delicious!
