As a member, Methow At Home can offer you hands-on, everyday helpful services supported by staff and our amazing volunteer team along with a variety of social, creative, and educational programming.
Our Programs
Members have access to a wide variety of programs, classes, activities, and gatherings.
• Education & Empowerment
From Advanced Care Planning to Cooking & Nutrition to Naturalist Workshops. There’s something for everyone!
• Lookout Coalition
Serving clients through house calls; connecting community members with the resources they need.
• Methow Creative Aging
Free, community-based arts programs for persons living with dementia and their care partners.
• SAIL Classes
Evidence-based intervention for prevention of falls. Methow At Home members can join a SAIL class in Twisp or Winthrop.
• Community Preparedness Program
Become more prepared for the challenges of growing older in our rural area.
Volunteer Team
Local volunteers, often members themselves, play a vital role in carrying out the mission of Methow At Home, showing up each day to serve our older neighbors.
They make a difference by cleaning, cooking, driving, or just bringing a friendly smile. Our volunteer team makes it possible for our elders to safely age in place.

*Please note that all volunteers are required to have a background check, a current valid WA state driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance (if you volunteer to provide transportation).
Contractor
Referral List
Methow At Home refers paid contractors when the service requested by a member is beyond the scope of our volunteers. Contractors are paid directly by the member.
