Open Position: Member and Volunteer Services Manager

Modeled on the national Village to Village movement, MAH offers its members helpful services for daily living and opportunities for quality connections supporting older adults to remain independent, age in their homes, and stay engaged in the community they love as long as possible.

The Member and Volunteer Services Manager will deliver Methow At Home’s Membership and Volunteer Services programs, working collaboratively with the staff, volunteers, members, local agencies, and the wider Methow Valley community. The Member and Volunteer Services Manager joins a small, committed team of professionals who believe that our community is healthier and more resilient when we care for our elders.

The Member and Volunteer Services Manager will work well in an office setting and remotely, build relationships in the community, and bring ideas and initiative to the position. They will develop and implement our membership program and volunteer service model to meet the MAH mission, creating strategies to meet the changing needs of older adults, improving outreach and outcomes for aging at home from Mazama to Methow.

Location: Methow Valley, WA - Twisp office / remote working

FLSA Classifications: 32 hrs weekly, non-exempt

Compensation: DOE $28+ per hour plus benefits
